walk into any public school in Sorsogon City. What do you see? Broken fans that don't spin. Classrooms packed like sardines. Students compressed — shoulder to shoulder, skin to skin. The heat is unbearable. Every single child drenched in sweat while trying to focus on their lessons. They can't breathe. They can't think. They can't learn.
But you have funds. You have budgets. You have allocations. Where are they going? Not to the students. Not to the fans. Not to the classrooms. Where is the funds, DepEd Sorsogon?
The digital generation sees, records, investigates, and remembers. Information cannot be buried forever, and public trust cannot survive without honesty.
To those who serve with integrity, continue your work. To those who abuse the public's trust, know that citizens are paying attention.
